Robust designs but aware of the owner’s basic needs
Such architecture can be arty and yet provide fully for the basic needs of airiness, sunlight and clean space. A great designer can blend design, form, and scale and create an illusion in ‘concrete’ where the architecture well and truly becomes invisible.
